Privacy notice
Flicklisting turns listing photos into short AI-generated videos. This page explains what information we collect, why, and who handles it. If anything is unclear, write to hello@flicklisting.com.
What we collect
- Order details you give us after paying: your name, email, a link to the listing photos, and any notes about the property.
- Photos and listing material reachable through the link you send, used only to make your video.
- Emails and messages you send us, or messages sent to you as part of our outreach to real estate professionals.
- Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) that our hosting and embedded services record when you visit the site.
Why we use it
- To make and deliver your video, and to answer your questions.
- To process payments, issue invoices and meet legal and tax obligations.
- To contact business email addresses with an offer relevant to their work, with an easy way to say no (see below).
Who handles it
We use these service providers, each under their own privacy terms: Stripe (payments), Formspree (the order form), Calendly (call scheduling), Google Workspace (email), YouTube (the example videos on our site; YouTube may set cookies when you play them), Netlify (website hosting) and Namecheap (domain). We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of these providers operate in the United States and other countries, so your data may be processed outside your own. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Brazil, we rely on the legal bases and safeguards each provider offers for those transfers.
How long we keep it
Order details and delivered videos are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting obligations, and then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your information earlier.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the LGPD in Brazil), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent. Write to hello@flicklisting.com and we will reply. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Outreach emails
If we write to you at a business address, you can reply "stop" at any time and we will not contact you again.
Changes
If we change this notice, the date at the top will change too.
